How to Add that Glow to Your Skin This Fall

Skin Care Products Salt Lake City UTNow that temperatures are cooling down across the valley, your skin might start to feel a little bit dry and look dull. Although you may be excited to enjoy all that Utah has to offer in the fall, your skin may have a little bit of a hard time adapting to the change in weather. To help your skin adapt to the cooler temperatures and get that glow that everyone wants, we have a list of a few things that you can do.

Get New Skin Care

As the seasons change from hot to cold or from cold to hot, you should switch up your skincare so that your skin doesn’t dry out too much. Even though you may have gotten away with wearing a light serum during the summer, your skin will probably need more moisture during the fall and winter months. With our Obagi skincare line, we can help you moisturize your skin while also targeting fine lines and wrinkles— and what’s better than that? Nothing in our book.

Another thing that we encourage patients to do to get rid of dry, dull skin and reveal glowing skin is to exfoliate a few times a week. Try investing in an exfoliating scrub that contains natural ingredients; that way you now that it won’t harm your skin. Then, apply the exfoliating scrub to our skin and rub it in using a circular motion. The circular motion, along with the abrasive material will help target dead, dry skin, and real glowing skin in the process.

It can take a couple of weeks for your skin to adapt to the cold temperatures fully, but with these easy steps, it doesn’t have to be difficult. If you want to learn a little bit more about how you can get that glowing skin that you’ve wanted, contact our Murray office and call us at (801) 268-2650.
