How is HydraFacial® Performed?
HydraFacial® is a single treatment that involves three distinctive steps that are performed with a single handpiece.
Cleanse & Peel: We use a special tip to remove makeup, dead skin cells, and impurities from the surface of your skin. This cleans your skin and open the pores. A serum of salicylic and glycolic acid is used to deep clean the pores, eliminating bacteria and blackheads.
Extraction: The HydraFacial® handpiece is designed with a proprietary Vortex-Fusion technology that quickly and safely deep cleans the pores. This removes any remaining dirt, oils, bacteria, and dead skin cells that clog the pores.
Infusion: The final step for your HydraFacial® treatment infuses your skin with a serum. The Vortex Fusion tip of the HydraFacial® system delivers the antioxidant and collagen serum deep into your pores. We also infuse serums that address your specific skin concerns.
What Can I Expect During My HydraFacial® Recovery?
After your HydraFacial® treatment, your skin feels softer and hydrated. It also has a healthy, clean glow. For the first one to two days, you’ll need to slightly modify your skin care routine. Avoid any skin treatments that may irritate your skin until it has time to relax after the treatment. This includes toner and other products that may dry out your skin. Be gentle when you cleanse your skin. We also recommend that you refrain from exercise for one to two days.
