Whether you spend your days at home or in an office, try to take a few small walks throughout the day. What do your weekends look like? Do you spend a lot of time sitting down doing activities or watching movies? Even though relaxation is right for you, try to change your weekend activities to something more active. For instance, rather than watching movies, try getting housework or yard work done— you’d be surprised by how many calories you can burn by vacuuming or mowing the lawn.
