Is It Possible to Get Cosmetic Work Done Without Looking Like You Did?

Plastic Surgery, Murray UTOne of the things that we tend to hear from our clients here at our office is that they want to get work done, but they don’t want anybody to know about it. Luckily, Dr. Dunkley is no stranger to the idea of surgical and cosmetic subtlety. So, how can you ensure that you get the results that you want without looking like you had stuff done?

Find the Right Surgeon

As previously mentioned, Dr. Dunley prides himself on giving patients real results without them looking artificial or like they had too much work done. During our initial consultation with Dr. Dunkley, he will go over, in detail, everything that you are hoping from surgery or treatment and he will then help pick the right solution for you.

Give it Time

After fillers and surgery, you can expect to be a little bit swollen and bruised for at least a few days or even several weeks. Remember that also though at first, you may look a little bit swollen, everything will die down, and your results will look more subtle. For instance, when many patients get lip fillers, their lips are fairly swollen for a few days but after about a week the swelling will calm down substantially, and they will notice their injections aren’t so prominent.

Start Slow

The last thing you want to do is pull a Heidi Montag and get dozens of surgeries done at one time, but let’s face it, Dr. Dunkley wouldn’t even allow that. If you want subtle results, then not only should you go to a good surgeon but only consider getting a few procedures done at a time and not going overboard.
